Ultimate Morocco Experience to the High Atlas Mountains and the Agafay Desert is the best excursion ever you can make in one day starting from Marrakesh. At 09h30 we start and we will drive to the Atlas Mountains (thier is u pick-up service from your hotel). Along the way you will allready see the first tiny Berber villages built out of adobe (mud) against the steep mountain hills. We will stop to make pictures. We continue through the valley of Oued Ghighaya (speak uit ‘wed riraja’) along the winding road and arrive in the market villages of Tahanaout and Asni. Here there is a weekly souk which is like a farmers-market. (Tuesday and Saturday). From there we will go higher and higher upto the village of Imlil on 1.740m. This is the place were peolpe start thier hike for the highest peak in North Africa: “JEBEL TOUBKAL”. This mountain top has a height of 4.167 m. In the valley of Imlil we take a walk to the small waterfull. And we will visit a family Berber house where lunch will be served.
After lunch we continue our walk back and our private transport will take us to Agafay desert camp.
On the road we make a stop for a nice camelride (30m.)

Agafay is surrounded by a savannah-like landscape. Here we will enjoy a beautiful sunset and a delicious candle light dinner. Aftter we will end our evening near the campfire and enjoy the 1000 stars in heaven.
