With this special Marrakech luxury cooking class we will make some special festival dishes. You first go shopping on the market in the souks with Karim a modern Moroccan husband who learned traditional cooking form his mother in the Atlas Mountains. In the market we will buy fresh vegetables and Moroccan fresh and dried herbs. Karim will explain about the kitchen and Moroccan habits regarding food, different meals and what to eat at a wedding or festival. And then we will start making our own festival dinner. At the end we will enjoy e delicious dinner at the rooftop terrace of the Riad and a nice glass of Moroccan wine will be served.

In the market we will buy fresh vegetables and Moroccan fresh and dried herbs. Karim will explain about the kitchen and Moroccan habits regarding food, different meals and what to eat at a wedding or festival. We learn that almost everything is freshly made, no e-nummers or artificial additions. Nature as pure as it can be and the chicken as fresh as it can be too.

After a nice welcoming mint tea we will start cooking in the kitchen all together. If you like to make a special dish please tell the cook. On our program is a tajine with fresh vegetables and we will make the famous Moroccan festival dish: b’stilla or pastilla. A special combination of sweet and tasty. Also you will learn to make easy and tasty fresh salads with fresh tomato, grilled peppers, eggplant and carrot with coriander for example. And at the end you will certainly enjoy the delicious taste of your own Moroccan cuisine. During the dinner at the rooftop terrace of the Riad near the jacuzzi a nice glass of Moroccan wine will be served.
