The High Atlas Mountains are only an hour drive from Marrakech. Make a trip to the Berber villages & valleys “and you will meet a new world”. As there is a way of a difference between Europe and Marrakesh, there is also a way of a difference between the busy and big city of (Arabic) Marrakesh and the small, tiny and remote Berbervillages surrounded by huge mountains and beautiful nature. Horses, mule and donkeys are a natural part in the colorful landscape.

With a private transfer from Marrakech on a beautiful road through the mountains (with photo stops) we take you to Oued Ghighaya. In the middle of ‘no-where’, just between the beautifull mountains some horses will be waiting for us. It will make you feel like part of nature when riding on horseback in this marvelous surrounding. to the mountain village of Imlil (1740m.). In the middle of the colorful and rugged mountains, you can take a good look around.
After this ‘all in nature’ experience we take you higher into the mountains to the small Berber village of Imlil. Here you can make a small walk t the Imlil waterfall.
A local Berber guide will walk with you to who show the best views and tell about mountain life and culture and traditions of the Berber people. Includes a delicious lunch in a Berber family house.
At the end of the afternoon you will be brought back with a private transfer to Marrakech.
